Click on the following download link: http://www.remotedesktopsupport.co.za/download/RDSQuickSupport.exe

If you are using Internet Explorer as your default browser you will be prompted with a Security Warning. Click on “Run” as shown in the illustration below:

Internet Explorer will prompt you with another Security Warning "the publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?” Click on “run”.

The RDS Quick Support Module will open as shown below:
